Sore legs today

I woke up this morning with very sore legs. The first five minutes of being upright and on my feet was not particularly pleasant but things have improved as the day went on.

Thankfully I had no work today which was nice, after running a couple of errands this morning I got to sit in a chair for 3 hours this afternoon and have ink inserted into my skin with 9 needles. The strange things we do for pleasure, so I have a sore arm as well! Well worth the pain though and the tattoo is amazing. Thanks to Kanae at The Family Business for her awesome artwork

Needless to say no training today (Monday is crosstraining night) but I should be getting up the track tomorrow night for a speed workout.
